EASY MEATBALLS

2 lbs ground chevon

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

2/3 cup evp. milk or goat milk

1 envelope onion soup

SAUCE:

2 cups ketchup

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

PREPARATION:

Mix chevon, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, milk and soup mix. Shape into small balls. Place into broiler for 12 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through. Place sauce ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil; simmer for about 10 minutes. Set slow cooker on low, place meatballs in and cover with sauce. Makes about 50 meatballs.
