Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chevon
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
1) Brown ground chevon, onion and bell pepper in large skillet and drain.
2) Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Serve on toasted bun with chips and cheese & macaroni. Will be a kids favorite.
