2 lbs. ground chevon
1 envelope onion dry soup mix
3/4 plain dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
Preparation:
1) Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2) In large roasting pan, shape into a loaf.
3) Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes.
4) Serve with baked potates and tossed salad; if desired.
